Picnic Day at UC - Davis is a HUGE event for Davis.
The town has 60,000 residents and another 25,000 students.
..... but ....... on PICNIC DAY it brings in another 120,000 plus folks.
On picnic day the university opens its doors and most colleges within the university have special events. Lots of food and nearly 100 bands playing live around the school and on campus.
Jeanne and I took the bus to campus from our house. A rocking and beer drinking crowd was in full gear before noon.
